TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. What services do I provide ?

My work consists of designing Visual Identities including logos and other visual elements that represent the essence and values of your brand. I also create names, slogans, messages, voice tones and other verbal elements that communicate your personality and purpose.

2. Do I offer printing services ?

I do not offer printing services directly. However, I can provide you with the final files in formats suitable for printing, so that you can use them with print providers of your choice.

3. How do you deliver the finished work?

I deliver the finished work in a professional and convenient way for you. Here's how I deliver:

  • Digital format: Most brand design work is delivered in digital format. This includes files in formats such as JPEG, PNG, SVG, TIFF or PDF, which are widely used and compatible with different platforms and applications.

  • File organisation: I ensure that files are organised in a clear and structured way for ease of use and access. This may include creating separate folders for different elements of the design, such as the logo, colour palette and fonts.

  • Electronic delivery: Final files can be delivered via electronic means such as email, cloud storage services or file transfer platforms. I use secure and reliable methods to ensure safe delivery of files.

  • Instructions and usage guides: Along with the final files, I can provide you with instructions and usage guides to make the most of your visual identity. These instructions may include guidelines on the correct use of the logo, size recommendations and applications in different media.

  • Additional options: If you would like to receive a hard copy of design elements such as business cards or corporate stationery, I can discuss additional delivery options and coordinate the shipping of printed materials.

4. Do I have a standard contract or work agreement and what are my cancellation or refund policies?

I have a standard contract or work agreement that sets out the terms and conditions to protect both our interests.

My cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • When starting a project, a retainer is required to secure my commitment and time dedicated to your project. This retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

  • However, if at any time you decide to discontinue the project, you are entitled to acquire the results of the processes already completed up to that point.

  • I understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and I am open to discuss particular cancellation on a case-by-case basis. I always seek to maintain a professional and satisfactory relationship with my clients, so I am willing to consider alternative solutions in exceptional situations.
